Don’t Unsettle For Less

This is the first installment of the “Don’t Unsettle For Less” series.

Do you ever feel like you should be doing something else, but you don’t know what?

I remember wondering a few years ago if I would EVER figure this puzzle out or if I would die never knowing what my purpose was or living it out. The worst part was the nagging feeling in my soul that something was off.

I’m sitting here today with absolutely no doubt about my mission in life, and it’s because of events that I’m going to outline for you in a new series called “Unsettled.”

Don’t Unsettle For Less

My hope is for you to use what I’ve learned to edit your own story and help your purpose come in to focus. Whether it’s for the first time, or you’ve gone off track and need to course correct, I want this to help you know that 1) you aren’t alone 2) it’s not too late and 3) it is possible. For real.

It all starts at the root.

Let me give you an example of what I mean.

I struggled with symptoms of celiac disease for over 20 years before I got my diagnosis. That’s not a joke. All of my tests were negative, and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. I attempted to get better on my own by making healthy choices and pumping myself full of whole-grain everything. Just FYI, Celiac is an auto-immune disease for which anything wheat is like poison.

What I thought was making me healthy was actually making me sicker.

That’s why it’s so important to discover the reason behind the struggle. We can’t just put a band-aid on it and call it a day.

This series will go through:

  • The reason behind the feeling of being unsettled.

  • Whether you’ve missed your chance and wasted your life.

  • Finding the one person who can fix it.

  • The superhero you need and running the rescue mission.

  • Wrapping it up in a nice, messy bow.

Here is what the series won’t do for you though: it won’t beat around the bush, give you a personality assessment, find you a job, or tell the mean people in your life to take a long walk off a short pier.

As much as I would love to snap my fingers and help you stop feeling unsettled, I can’t. I can only guide you. You have to do the work. Besides, no one can fix anything in 5 emails or less, unless it’s electrical wiring. But I’m going to give you everything I got - good, bad, and totally messy.

Think of this as a guide. Then feel free to edit it to make it work for your life.
